  1. No pun intended, but that’s wild stuff. Still trying to wrap my mind around this process – it seems like such a beer would be much harder to predict or control?

      Scott, that is kinda the idea, you don’t have complete control. However there are measures they take to increase the odds that a batch will come out desirable.
