Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA

Holy hops batman… The Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA is an intense beer not for the faint of heart. This beer pours a dark copper color with a nice think head. The looks of this beer is nothing compared to the aroma and taste. There are not too many beers out there that you can smell from 2 feet away. The aroma just engulfs you as you drink. The first sip of the beer was extremely bitter but had some great flavor. The second sip was much better knowing what to expect in the beer. This is one of those beers that a little goes a long way, I loved the beer but had had enough after 8 oz.
