What Should the Next Brew be?
Having a hard time Deciding on what I should brew next. I’m trying to decide:
- Hopped up IPA, with Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo hops, Dry hopped with Amarillo and Cascade
- Dry Rye Roggenbier, might be good for the end of summer
- New Belgian Flat Tire clone
- Coffee Java Stout
Help me decide between these All Grain Recipes!
I made an extract IPA similar to yours (same hops, though I think I included Willamette). It came out awesome. I only dry hopped with Cascade.
I’d skip the Fat Tire clone. That beer is boring.
The roggenbier sounds good though.
Getting ready to keg a West Coast Style IPA, bittered with Summit and backloaded with Amarillo and Centennial. Will be dry hopping with Amarillo and Centennial. I’d say go for the IPA, but the Roggenbier is intriguing and a style I haven’t brewed yet.
I’d say a Roggenbier
I’m agreeing with Scott and Mike… Definitely a Roggenbier. I think Paulaner makes a good one. There was a clone recipe in a back issue of Brew.
