Photos from December’s Beer Dinner at the Pig & Prince
Two weeks ago we had our kick off Beer Dinner at the Pig and Prince in Montclair NJ. Each month I’ll be selecting 5 beers and Chef Mike Carrino will be creating 5 courses to go with the beer. Our first dinner was a fabulous success, the food and beer pairings were amazing. Here are some photo’s from December’s dinner. If you like what you see, the next dinner will be Jan 15th!

De Ranke Père Nöel paired with Cedar Roast Salmon, maple brown butter, charred brussles sprouts and caramelized squash

Founders Dirty Bastard paired with Cider Braised Pork short ribs, carrot puree, and ginger snaps. This was a match made in heaven!

Schlafly Coffee Stout paired with Tobacco semi freddo, espresso crema, and hazelnut faux-scotti. This was absolutely amazing!
Next dinner will be on January 15th. It is going to be an incredible dinner with the wonderful line up beers. The menu will be announced next week, but here is a sneak preview of the beers we will have:
