How Did Santa Treat You This Year, Macro Beer in Your Stocking?

Lucky for me I must have been a good boy; no macro fizzy yellow swill in my stocking this year.  While I didn’t get anything specifically for homebrewing, I did received lots of cool stuff which is going to help me flex my creative arms and build some neat stuff for my Garage Brewery.

For me, Santa graced me with a 90amp MIG Welder, Angle Grinder, and a Craftsman style rolling tool chest (and a iPad too).  I’m planning on building a swing arm for my mash tun which I hope will help with my bad back and put those welding skills i learned a couple weeks back to good use.

I’m sure some of you got some great new toys and I would love to hear what you got and what you are going to do with it.

For those of you getting a kit for the first time, cleanliness is your best friend.  Take your time, follow the directions, and make sure your equipment is sanitized and you’re sure to make something that is at least drinkable!
